29 Jan -- When the Air Force gives you a snow day...

...you make a snow man and drink hot chocolate.

Jane REALLY liked her hot chocolate.

23 Jan -- FCK: Fussball Club Kaiserslautern

I went to a soccer game in Kaiserslautern, Germany, about 1 hour 20 minutes away. It was a blast. This was a trial run to make sure it was ok to bring Charlie.

I went with a couple guys from work.

Despite being so high, the angle looking down made it actually really cool to watch the game.

If only we knew what they were singing.

22 Jan -- Belly pics and the kids that aren't in my belly

We had our friend's son over to play this afternoon and our house is always more giggle-y and fun when Briggs comes over. He and Jane are about the same age (and we are currently looking at some matchmaking options) and Charlie adores having another boy to run around like a nut with.

I'm down to seeing the doctor every week (even though every week it's more of the same..."nuthin' goin' on"), but everything is looking good and on schedule. I'm trying to enjoy the last few weeks of unstoppable hunger and in search of the elusive Girl Scout cookie sales. If you know where I can buy some boxes for me...ummm, the family, let me know!

Jane and Briggs share a similar no-pants love

The possibilities are endless with an empty laundry basket

Jane pretending to go to bed...

She might be ready for a big girl bed, but Mama and Daddy are definitely not!

This is for my Mom who wanted the belly picture. She actually asked for something candid, but I don't have photoshop on here to edit out my double chin, so I am only doing posed pics at this point, when I can angle the camera and my chin appropriately :P

18 Jan -- Weekend Activities

We're keeping things lowkey these days. It's been cold and wet and just a few moments where we've seen the sun. Charlie actually pointed out the sunshine the other day, which says a lot for what we've had weatherwise.

Nothing more fun than a bucket on your head

The local kindergarten has a playground that Dan and the kids made it to during the break from the snow and rain.

Jane loves her swings

Baby Guessing Pool

It's that time again. We are due in about 6 weeks (C-section to be scheduled between the 12th and the 17th of February, most likely). We need to put our friends and family to the test. What are we having and how big will she/he be? We have a link on the right of our blog that will take you to the website. If you aren't directly pulled up to our game, go to http://www.expectnet.com/ and type in "DudelBaby" in the "Invited Guests" section on the top left and put in your guesses. Here's the latest belly pics and background info for you help you make your guesses.

The biggest thing I've craved this pregnancy is...food (as my weight gain indicates, lol)! I had some, but not a lot of morning sickness, not much acne and my hair and nails have not improved or gone down the drain (at least not due to the pregnancy, maybe more out of negligence). This baby is a kicker and roller and hiccup-er. Heartrate was upper 130's-low 140's last time we checked.

Added info - Charlie and Jane were 8lbs 8oz and 8lbs 10oz, respectively.

2 Jan -- Vianden Castle, Luxembourg

We bundled up and headed out this morning to a castle about 45 minutes from our house, in Luxembourg. It sat at the top of a very steep hill, but since we were early and the weather was so cold (25 degrees) we got to park fairly close and that made Anna very happy.

Dad, it's freezing. Can we go inside now?

One must always squeeze in a game of hide and go seek, even in castles

Yup, it still looks cold outside

Charlie took this one

Anna has decided that only her shadow may be photographed until after the baby arrives. Look how skinny she is!

Loading up the car to head home

We'll definitely come back to this one!
