29 Apr -- Bike Riding in the Eifel

I took the kids out for a bike ride this afternoon.  We started in Philippsheim.

I was glad we "braved" the intermittent rain sprinkles and went for a ride.

Jane and Henry got along just fine in the trailer together once Jane got tired of riding.

Charlie did great on his bike...but at 2.1 miles from our car he had a HUGE wipeout!  We had literally JUST turned around to head back to the car.  He was riding down a paved portion and pretty much flipped over the handle bars.  I thought he had lost at least one tooth, but they were all still there, despite being covered in blood.  "Charlie, your teeth are red," said Jane.

So Jane jumped out of the trailer and rode her balance bike 2.1 miles back to the car.  Such a big help!

Charlie ate mashed potatoes and sliced peaches for dinner.

28 Apr -- LMFAO in Dudeldorf!

The kids love the LMFAO song, "I'm sexy and I know it."  Enjoy!

25 Apr -- Michael Buble in Koln, Germany

On Wed night we went to Koln to see a Michael Buble concert.  It was fantastic!

Quick break before the show for pommes and a Diet Coke.

13,000 people at the show.  Not too shabby.

12 Apr -- Venice, Italy (Day 7)

On our last full day in Italy, we went to Venice.

The highlight of the day for the kids: a garbage boat with a cool lift.

Jane was a great help.

Piazza San Marco.

Bridge of Sighs in the background.

Henry got rid of his pacifiers a few weeks ago.  We brought it back a few times on this trip, though.  Everyone was happier for it.

We took a water-bus back to the parking garage.

Ponte di Rialto

"Hey, that boat clearly does not have enough life preservers!"

One last afternoon playing outside.
