There's a cherry tree in the front yard and wine grapes growing next to the front door. Dan and I might start our own vineyard!

wow, car already on the street. Did you get a German insurance to count your driving record for a discount? They wouldn't for us. Although the prices aren't really higher than US. (~800 Euro/USD for a year comprehensive policy)
