On our first day in Elijay, we went to Amicalola Falls State Park.
Jane...a shining beacon of fun in this world.
The terrain in northern Georgia was a welcome change to the flatness of southern Georgia.
Off to the trails!
Jane starts strong!
Henry coordinated his shirt with nature.
Whistle whistle!
Classic Edgar hiking lunch = leftover pizza!
Lots of steps!...we only hiked up some because the steps were metal grates which Rosie did not appreciate.
Nice spot to stop.
Skinny dude.
I make this look easy.
Luckily this was the only snake we saw.
The start of the Appalachian Trail.
At the top of the falls, it was super loud and windy.
Here is the view from the middle of the falls...SUPER LOUD!
Anna and Henry are weary of the truck stuck on the side of the hill.
